![]() | Muriel Pénicaud General Manager of the Group’s Human Resources Muriel Pénicaud is Vice President, Human Resources. She is part of the Executive Committee and reports directly to Emmanuel Faber, Co-Chief Operating Officer of Groupe Danone. In this position she has the responsibility of pursuing and developing the social innovation approach engaged by Groupe Danone. Graduated in Psychology and History, she started her career in 1976 as territorial administrator. In 1985 she worked for the ministry of labor, employment and vocational training, fulfilling several roles including advisor to the Minister of Labor. She joined Groupe Danone in 1993 as Director for training, in 1996 she became Vice President for executive development and in 2000 she was nominated Vice President organization and human resources policies. Since 2002 she had been Executive Vice President of Dassault Systemes in charge of organization, human resources and sustainable development. She is chairman of the executive board of the National Institute for labor, employment, and vocational training. |
